I’ve been to quite a few of Ali’s open sessions over the years and they always get me thinking and inject me with some much needed enthusiasm! Ali runs engaging and informative training workshops. I always walk away from every session with something new I can take back to my desk and incorporate into my work – I feel like this is because the theory is not only explained with great clarity, but then there’s always some form of practical/role-play to put it into practice. I really enjoyed every training-session with Ali. She is leading through the sessions very well keeping everybody always involved and interested bringing in key strengths of the different characters.
