How do you evaluate learning?

As part of my diploma, the last few weeks has been all about evaluation and it has opened my EYES !!

My heart sings when a new client asks me- and how will you evaluate that?

It often gets forgotten in the fast paced world of placements.

And yet this is just as important as the learning itself! If not more so. Training for training sake is a pointless exercise.
