I’m VERY excited to be running Engage and Retain: my Candidate Mini Course as a remote, group experience for those of you with a team in Recruitment, from the 24th to the 28th of July.
We will build learning memories together so your consultants, or you, can start to implement what you have learnt each day on the desk, with support throughout the week, from me β
This is a fantastic opportunity for your consultants to get fully immersed in their BD, with a friendly and knowledge-hungry group, and with my support and feedback each day, before and after each session, their confidence and motivation will be higher than ever.
What will we cover in Engage and Retain? β¬
β We start off with learning about why we need candidates and how to build relationships with them, that in turn allows us to make revenue.
β We then move on to all things sourcing – where do candidates hang out and how do we find them?
β Then it is time to learn the differences between managing active and passive candidates.
β The penultimate stage is working on our approach, so the emails, calls and LinkedIn messaging process.
β Finally, we touch on building those long-term relationships and creating an engagement plan.
