When you enter a negotiation how do you approach it?
A negotiation isn’t just about the money. There are a whole load of factors that are available to us in a negotiation. 💪🏻
Think about these questions for a successful negotiation:
✅What are the pain points for the other party? How will you ease their pain?
✅What is your PSL? Primary, secondary, last resort
✅What value do you provide? (Remember the Objections armour from another post)
✅Be vocal and honest about what YOU want
