My Billing Manager Training is a 2 day course including team theory, personality types, managing styles, high performing team theory and proven real life techniques to manage on the desk. They will come away with increased confidence, new skills, and an action plan to follow for the following 3 months which includes 2 follow up calls to check in on how they are transferring their learning to the workplace.
This course can be delivered online or face 2 face and enables attendees to learn how to use, and flex, their natural management style while improving their understanding of what motivates their team. There is also a brand new section on managing remote staff that are working from home, or working more flexible hours.
