Have you told yourself today that you can’t do something?
I know I have.
I didn’t think I’d be able to get up early with the children, go for a run and get the work and study I wanted to do before “school time” this afternoon.
But guess what. I did it all. And I achieved a little bit more than was on my list.
I’m not saying I achieve this much every day- that’s not realistic for me with this current world we are in. But I was able to tick everything off that was on my list.
Was it the coffee? No. (Although it does help!)
I ignored the negative voice and thought no- you can shut up- I can do this! I had a plan, I worked my way through it and I kept an eye on the time and made sure I didn’t deviate off my plan.
Don’t believe everything you think. Take the T off of can’t and you can!
