What type are you?
Are you a creative recruiter? A “flying by the seat of your pants” type who knows instinctively which clients and candidates to call and always at the right time? Are you seen as an advisor?
Or are you Scientific? Do you make a plan and follow it to the letter? Are you all about the data? Do you have a spreadsheet which has more information on it than the CRM?
Neither are the wrong or right way (except the spreadsheet- please don’t do that.) But just think of the wins if you used both!
If you are one more than the other- how could you increase your potential by flexing your style?
Try this- write down all the ways of working that come naturally to you. In a separate list, write down the ways that don’t and choose two to start working on today.
